Dear Slow Food Oxon members, Hola! I am back from the Slow Food International Congress in Mexico, inspired and full of ideas, including cooking. Thank you! again to all those who supported my trip to Puebla. I am now looking forward to sharing my impressions in a slide show when we meet next time.
