Will from the Vaults, our own special Slow Food chef, told me a few hours ago about this festival, his involvement in the organisation of it and the possibility for SFO to make a brief appearance...
As I am curious, I am tempted
I've checked their website (http://www.thisistruck.com/wood-festival-information.aspx) and extracted a few lines for you to make up your mind! I will let you know as soon as I know if SFO will indeed play a micro part!

Authors Alison Benjamin and Brian McCallum reveal what they have discovered during their months of research for the book about the humble honeybee. The talk will discuss why the world's bees are dying out, what implications this could have on the world as we know it, and what we can do to reverse this worrying trend. This event is as suitable for the faithful beekeeper and the concerned green thinker alike.
